On Saturday, January 14, 2012, RA Sushi will host a "Sushi 101" class. This RA Sushi event is for both beginners and experts and is open to anyone who wants to perfect their sushi rolling skills! The one hour course will include demonstrations by their own sushi-trained experts who will teach you the art of sushi making in addition to treating you to a selection of sushi and appetizers. Each participant will also receive a sushi-rolling mat and a complimentary lunch card to use on their next visit. The cost is $35 per person and reservations are required (24 cancellation policy).
