Caramelized Kimchi. A mound of sizzling Korean bbq. Chopped grilled onions. All set on top of a pile of crispy french fries. A Korean-Mexican staple in the Austin food truck market is now coming to Houston in February. Chi'Lantro BBQ is a fusion food truck that merges traditional Mexican cuisine with bold Korean flavors. Korean barbecue tacos, burritos, and quesadillas fired up with an eastern flare. Chi'Lantro is open during lunch and late night hours. Featured on the Food Network and The Cooking Channel, the franchise has expanded to Killeen/Waco after successfully launching mobile trucks all over Austin. The Urban Swank Girls are looking forward to their entry into the Houston food truck arena. Make sure to check them out!
