It was a Tuesday night and the Urban Swank Girls were headed out on a food truck hunt. Prepared with our Androids and savvy apps in hand, we ventured up 59 North. Our first stop was Oh My Gogi. Settled in a location only chosen for their Tuesday nights, we found Oh My Gogi at Marquis II; located on the corner of Bissonnet and Kirby. We tried just about all the menu...the Korean BBQ Tacos (made with beef short rib), the Quesadillas (we went with the chicken), and the OMG! Fries (topped with chicken and pork). In short, the acronym O.M.G is just what we shouted as we enjoyed every bite of our "street food". So if you are ever in the mood for some Korean BBQ, go and check out Oh My Gogi! They will give you a different perspective on food trucks for sure. Note: Apparently, Tuesday night is not a big night for food trucks, so if you are going on a hunt, stick to days closer to the weekend.
